Terms Of Service


All coaching sessions are determined by the client during the online scheduling process.  Clients are responsible for showing up to the scheduled session on time.  Selina Almodovar has the right to end all sessions on time regardless of when the Client joined the pre-scheduled session.

It is the Client’s responsibility to reschedule any and all sessions that they cannot attend.  Failing to reschedule a pre-scheduled coaching session may result in the discontinuation of coaching services given by Selina Almodovar.

Selina Almodovar reserves the right to refuse to coach a Client if she feels it is not best suited for her expertise and field.


This agreement will begin upon acceptance and will continue for the duration of the pre-determined coaching service. The investment for each particular service is final and must be paid as agreed at the time of enrollment.

The services to be provided by the coach to the client are tele-coaching, email support, and emailed resources as designed jointly with the client. Coaching, which is not advice, therapy, or counseling, may address specific personal projects, business successes, or general conditions in the client’s life or profession.

Upon completion of each coaching session, coaching will be evaluated and additional coaching options will be discussed.


Each session will end at the pre-determined time regardless of start time.  All live group coaching sessions will be predetermined by the Coach and will be made known at the beginning of the beta testing program or full group coaching service.  All Clients are responsible for attending the live calls, completing the handouts and exercises, and engaging in discussion each week in order to achieve maximum results.


The investment for each coaching service is pre-determined at the time of the sale.  All payments must be received, in agreement to the time of the sale, prior to the beginning of that particular coaching service.

All sales are final. No refunds will be offered.

If a client is unsatisfied with the service, then it is their responsibility to bring it up to the Coach in a joint effort of making this service better.


The Client understands that the role of the Coach is not to prescribe or assess micro-and macronutrient levels; provide health care, medical, or nutrition therapy services; or to diagnose, treat or cure any disease, condition, or other physical or mental ailments of the human body.  Rather, the Coach is a mentor and guide who has been trained in holistic health coaching to help clients reach their own health goals by helping clients devise and implement positive, sustainable lifestyle changes. The Client understands that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed dietician-nutritionist, psychologist, or other licensed or registered professionals, and that any advice given by the Coach is not meant to take the place of advice by these professionals.  If the Client is under the care of a health care professional or currently uses prescription medications, the Client should discuss any dietary changes or potential dietary supplements used with his or her doctor, and should not discontinue any prescription medications without first consulting his or her doctor.

The Client has chosen to work with the Coach and understands that the information received should not be seen as medical or nursing advice and is not meant to take the place of seeing licensed health professionals.


The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives and well-being of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this program.

The Client expressly assumes the risks of the Program, including the risks of trying new foods or supplements, and the risks inherent in making lifestyle changes. The Client releases the Coach from any and all liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or equity, which the Client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Coach, arising from the Client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Program, unless arising from the gross negligence of the Coach.


In the event that there ever arises a dispute between Coach and Client with respect to the services provided pursuant to this agreement or otherwise pertaining to the relationship between the parties, the parties agree to submit to binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association (Commercial Arbitration and Mediation Center for the Americas Mediation and Arbitration Rules). Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The sole remedy that can be awarded to the Client in the event that an award is granted in arbitration is the refund of the Program Fee. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, no award of consequential or other damages, unless specifically set forth herein, may be granted to the Client.

This agreement shall be construed according to the laws of the State of Ohio.  In the event that any provision of this Agreement is deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall be severed and remain in full force.


The Coach promises the client that all information provided to the coach will be kept strictly confidential.  The Coach will keep the Client’s information private, and will not share the Client’s information with any third party unless compelled to by law.  All Client’ information will be retained for six years after the coaching program has ended, according to HIPAA law.


No part of the services, publications, or resources created by Selina Almodovar may be reproduced or transmitted in any form by any means, mechanical or electronic, including photocopying, or by any information storage and retrieval system, without permission in writing from the publisher.

This publication is not intended for use as a source of legal, business, health or relationship advice.

Throughout the working relationship, the Coach will engage in direct and personal conversations with the coaching Client. The Client can count on the Coach, to be honest, and straightforward in asking questions and making requests. The Client understands that the power of the coaching relationship can be granted only by the Client, and the Client agrees to do just that: have the coaching relationship be powerful. If the Client believes the Coaching is not working as desired, the Client will communicate that belief and take action to return the power to the Coaching relationship.


In agreeing to the service terms of Selina Almodovar, LLC, you understand that you are working with Selina Almodovar for professional life, health, and relationship coaching at the agreed fee. Professional coaching is distinctly different from counseling, psychotherapy or psychoanalysis and does not deal with the diagnosis or treatment of emotional problems.

Since professional coaching does not constitute medical consultation or treatment, health insurance does not apply.
