I’m Sure You Can Relate…

And PS, I’m NOT calling you crazy.
I’m saying that I’m almost positive that you have experienced the same thing…to some crazy extent.

Now when I was dating my husband, he and I went through a doozy of time whenever I had… A meltdown.

Quite honestly, I don’t think men get it.  Back then, my husband had absolutely no idea what to say, what to do, or how to react whenever I showed him a piece of my “Tropic Thunder”.  And believe me, when I say, things got “over-the-top real” for no reason.
My emotions were all over the place.
I was very indecisive as to how he could help me feel better.  I would tell him to go away when I really wanted him to stay.  Even when he had nothing to do with it, I would blame my feelings on him.  And my diet was nowhere to be seen for at least 24 hours that followed.

I was just an all-around hot mess for no good reason!

And my poor husband felt the heat!
What was I so upset about?  Who knows.  Who cares.

What you SHOULD care about is that even the most put-together woman will go through a meltdown at some point in her life.

The good news:  We all go through it.
The bad news:  It confirms to men that we are a bit crazy.
The better news:  I created a video to help explain exactly what’s going on to help you (and men) through this.
Does it really work?  YES.  My husband gets me now and it saves us hours, days, even weeks of post-meltdown reactions!

In today’s episode, I explain why women experience the meltdown and what YOU (and your guy) can do to overcome it!

And don’t forget this meltdown takeaway…

Communication is the key to letting the world know that you’re not really crazy!
