Whether it’s a brand new year or you’re heading into that whole “Spring Cleaning” mode, a detox is something you should totally do!
The real questions are a) should you go on one yourself, and b) what should you detox from?
A lot of people think they need to go on a detox because they feel that it will help them lose weight and help them get rid of the “gunk” that’s in their system.
But DID YOU KNOW that there are various ways for you to detox your life that does not involve food??
In this episode, I’m going to help you get into the best lifestyle in preparation for your new season.
While the majority of us think of food when they think of the word, “detox”, there is actually so much more that you can purge from your life.
For starters, you’ll want to consider all of the things that have been draining you. As in, giving you negative thoughts, stressing you out, and causing you to have a negative reaction.
When you put it like that, then the options limitless.
Some may need to detox from a bad relationship or a few “friendships”.
You might have way too much “stuff” and the disorganization of it all is driving you insane.
Or, you could simply have too much on your plate and not enough time to relax and refresh.
All good things to take into consideration when it comes time to reanalyze what you’re letting into your life and what needs to go!
