Have you ever gone through a breakup?
It pretty much sucks.
You might actually have some regrets.
I mean, it sounded like a good idea at the time but… now it’s getting tough to handle.
When I went through my last breakup (before getting married) I thought I was OK. I honestly thought I handled it quite well.
Boy was I wrong.
After experiencing my breakup, I can now admit that I made a sh*t ton of mistakes and most likely lost my dignity along the way.
I did things that are down-right humiliating and just plain desperate for anyone to do. I’m surprised I didn’t see the mistakes sooner.
Now that hindsight is 20/20, I’m here to help you NOT do what I did.
Because no one wants to go through a breakup, make a total fool out of themselves, only to realize years later that they could’ve handled the situation way better.
Sure, you may feel some kind of way when you actually go through a breakup, but there are certain things you just should not do, no matter how horrible you’re feeling, or how horrible your now-Ex treated you.
But TRUST ME, you’re never gonna hear the end of it (or worse, you’ll never see the end of your consequences) if you choose not to handle this very delicate chapter of your life with some well-thought-out actions.
Let’s not treat this thing like some scene from the “Hangover”. Act with some sense… and use some class. You’ll be so glad that you did, rather than to throw everything out of the window with a rage of “I didn’t mean to” emotionally, unstable choices.
So here it is… based on my own experience, my own downfall, and what I should’ve done to make my life a whole lot easier…
Check out these 5 breakup do’s (and 5 breakup don’ts) that you should do when going through a breakup.
